Full rack of slow roasted baby back ribs glazed with our house made BBQ sauce.  Accompanied with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Honey Glazed Roasted Chicken

Eight-ounce roasted chicken breast finished with a smoky bourbon honey glaze and served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable. 

Espresso Ribeye

Ten-ounce ribeye encrusted in a savory espresso salt blend and char-grilled to temperature.  Accompanied with our house made mashed potatoes & gravy and vegetable.

Maple-Soy Salmon

Chilean Atlantic Salmon broiled and topped with a maple soy sauce glaze.  Accompanied with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Ball Tip Sirloin

Eight-ounce choice sirloin char-grilled to temperature with sautéed red onions.  Accompanied with our house made mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Large shrimp battered with coconut breading and deep-fried accompanied with orange marmalade and cocktail sauce and served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable. 

Shepherd’s Wild Game Pie

Elk meatballs, ground venison, Cajun sausage, shallots, roasted red pepper and roasted garlic deglazed with red wine and finished with Espagnole sauce, wild rice, and Yukon potatoes.

Half Rack of BBQ ribs

Baby back ribs that are marinated in our house made sauce and slowly cooked to perfection before being glazed with our house made BBQ sauce.  Served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Baked Chicken Pasta

Char-grilled chicken breast served over cavatappi pasta and baked with house made marinara or Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. 

Bluegill Sandwich

Michigan bluegill breaded and deep-fried open face on a sub bun with house made tartar sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion.  Served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetables.

Jambalaya

Shrimp, Cajun sausage, and char-grilled chicken served over wild rice blend and topped with our house made spicy jambalaya and vegetable sauce.

Boneless beef short rib braised and finished with a red wine demi-glace.  Served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Char-grilled chicken topped with a blend of onions, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil and herbs, finished with arugula and mozzarella cheese and served on a ciabatta bun with balsamic reduction.  Served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Walleye Sandwich

Six-ounce wild-caught Canadian walleye fillet open face on a sub bun with house made tartar sauce, lettuce, tomatoes and onion.  Served with mashed potatoes & gravy and seasonal vegetable.

Homestyle Italian Herb Pasta

Roasted red bell peppers, shallots, sautéed baby portabella mushrooms and baby spinach deglazed with white wine and finished with our house made basil pesto cream sauce served over homestyle Italian herb pappardelle pasta and topped with char-grilled chicken breast.
