Smoked Whitefish Spread  $12.5  –  Great Lakes smoked whitefish made into a dip and topped with capers and red onions.  Accompanied with toasted pita bread and assorted crackers.

Date Crostini  $8  –  Fresh made date chutney served on grilled crostini.

Con Queso  $10  –  Queso cheese with seasoned ground beef topped with tomatoes and scallions.  Served with made to order tri-color tortilla chips.

Potato Skins  Full (6) – $11  Half (3) – $8   –  Potato skins deep-fried to a golden brown, then baked with bacon and cheddar cheese.  Served with sour cream. 

Buffalo Rolls  $9  –  Seasoned chicken breast tossed with buffalo sauce and a blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. Then rolled in a wonton wrapper and deep-fried to a golden brown.  Served with our house made ranch and blue cheese.

Loaded Risotto Cakes  $10  –  Risotto loaded with bacon, cheddar cheese and bread crumbs pan-fried and topped with scallions.  Accompanied with house made red pepper aioli.

Chicken Strips  Full (4) – $11  Half (2) – $8.5  –  Slices of breaded chicken breast deep-fried to a golden brown. Served with French fries and your choice of dipping sauce.

Southern Style BBQ Meatballs  $7  –  Five meatballs topped in our house made BBQ sauce and accompanied with a side of baked beans with scallions.

Chicken Quesadilla  $10.5  –  Southwest chicken with a blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese in a grilled flour tortilla. Finished with lettuce, sour cream, and our house made salsa.

Espresso Ribeye  $24 –  10oz ribeye encrusted in a savory espresso salt blend and char-grilled to temperature.  Accompanied with one side of your choice.

Airline Chicken  $18  –  Marinated and grilled chicken breast with the wing joint attached topped with a house made sage cream sauce.   Accompanied with sweet potato hash.

Planked Whitefish  $24  –  Whitefish cooked and served on a cedar plank.  Served with a side of duchess mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Canadian Walleye  $26    Walleye breaded in panko bread crumbs and sautéed in oil.  Served with a side of tartar sauce.  Accompanied with one side of your choice.

Sesame Seared Tuna  $21  –  Tuna steak coated with sesame seeds, then pan-seared to temperature in sesame oil.  Drizzled with a teriyaki reduction and finished with a side of wasabi.  Accompanied with one side of your choice.

Coconut Shrimp  $20  –  Eight large shrimp battered with a coconut breading, then deep-fried to a golden brown.  Served with orange marmalade and cocktail sauce.  Accompanied with one side of your choice. 

Bluegill  $22  –  Michigan bluegill farm raised at an eco-friendly fishery hand-battered and fried to a golden brown and served on a bed of romaine.  Finished with a side of tartar sauce.  Accompanied with one side of your choice.

Grilled Salmon  $23  –  8oz salmon fillet farm raised at an eco-friendly fishery finished with a balsamic reduction.  Served with crispy kale over a bed of our house wild rice blend.

Jambalaya  $19  –  Shrimp, Cajun sausage, and char-grilled chicken breast served over wild rice blend and topped with our house made spicy jambalaya and vegetable sauce.  Accompanied with Nine Grain Bread. (Mild Upon Request)

Baked Chicken Pasta  $16  –  Char-grilled chicken breast served over angel hair pasta then baked with house made marinara or Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. Accompanied with Nine Grain Bread.

Shrimp & Quinoa  $15  –  Black and red quinoa tossed with grape tomatoes, asparagus, shallots, garlic, and corn. Topped with blackened shrimp and fresh slices of avocado.  Finished with a balsamic reduction.

Shepherd’s Wild Game Pie  $20  –  Elk meatballs and ground venison sautéed with Cajun sausage, shallots,
roasted red pepper and roasted garlic.  Deglazed with red wine and finished with Espagnole sauce, wild rice, Yukon potatoes.  Served with Nine Grain Bread.

Angel Hair Chicken  $17  –  Roasted red bell peppers, shallots, sautéed mushrooms and baby spinach deglazed with white wine and finished with our house made basil pesto cream sauce.  Served over angel hair pasta and topped with char-grilled chicken breast.  Accompanied with Nine Grain Bread.
