Chicken Quesadilla  $10  –  Flour tortilla grilled with southwest chicken and a blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses.  Finished with lettuce, sour cream, and our homemade salsa.

Potato Skins  Full (6) $11  Half (3) $7  –  Fresh Idaho potato skins deep-fried and then baked with bacon and cheddar.  Served with a side of sour cream.

Mushroom Truffle Risotto  $12  –  Our house made risotto with shallots, garlic, baby portabella mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese with an Italian truffle oil. 

Chicken Strips  Full (4) $10  Half (2) $7  –  Slices of breaded chicken breast deep-fried to a golden brown.  Served with French fries and your choice of dipping sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Rolls  $8  –  Seasoned chicken tossed with buffalo sauce and a blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses, rolled in a wonton wrap and deep-fried to golden brown.  Served with our house made ranch and blue cheese.

Caprese Meatball Skewers  $9  – Meatballs, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic reduction.

Baby Spinach & Chicken  $13.5  –  Baby spinach, grape tomatoes, red onions, mandarin oranges, cashews, Gorgonzola and char-grilled chicken breast. 

Stead & Salad  $16  –  Tomatoes, eggs, red onions and cheddar cheese.  Served with an 8oz ball tip sirloin grilled to temperature and topped with sauteed mushrooms.

Classic Reuben  Full $11  Half $8  –  Your choice of hand-pulled corned beef or smoked turkey grilled with sauerkraut on marbled rye bread with 1000 island dressing and Swiss cheese. 

The Sicilian  $12  –  Salami, capicola, ham, pepperoni, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, mild banana peppers and Italian aioli served on a ciabatta bun. 

Chipotle Ranch Wrap  $12 –  Your choice of southwest chicken, fried chicken tenders, or smoked turkey wrapped in a flour tortilla with bacon, tomato, lettuce, chipotle ranch sauce and a blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses.  Grilled chicken add $2

Chicken Bruschetta  $14  –  Char-grilled chicken topped with a blend of onion, garlic, tomato, olive oil and herbs, finished with arugula, mozzarella cheese and served on a ciabatta bun with a balsamic reduction. 

Buffalo Burger  $16  –  Half-pound free ranch ground buffalo with sharp cheddar cheese and bacon.  Served on a Stout Beer bun with lettuce, tomato, and a side of mayo. 

Bacon Burger  $9.5  –  Third-pound burger with BBQ sauce, bacon, and pepper jack cheese.  Served on a Stout Beer bun with lettuce, tomato, and a side of mayo. 

Gorgonzola Mushroom Burger  $10.5  –  Third-pound burger with sauteed mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese.  Served on a Beer Stout bun with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Ribs & Skins  $16  –  Half rack of slow roasted baby back ribs glazed with our house made BBQ sauce.  Accompanied with two loaded potato skins and a side of sour cream. 

Smothered Steak  $16  –  8oz ball tip sirloin with sauteed red onions, mushrooms and pepper jack cheese.  Accompanied with one side of your choice. 

Smothered chicken  $13  –  Char-grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed red onions, mushrooms and Swiss cheese.  Accompanied with one side of your choice. 

Baked Chicken Pasta  $13  –  Char-grilled chicken breast accompanied with angel hair pasta then baked with your choice of our house made Alfredo or Marinara sauce. 

Angel Hair Chicken  $15  –  Roasted red bell peppers, shallots, sautéed mushrooms, and baby spinach deglazed with white wine and finished with our house made basil pesto cream sauce.  Served over angel hair pasta and topped with char-grilled chicken breast. 

Canadian Walleye  $15  –  Petite walleye breaded in panko breadcrumbs and sautéed in olive oil.  Served with tartar sauce and one side of your choice. 

Coconut Shrimp Basket  $13  –  Six deep-fried coconut shrimp served with fries, our house made red cabbage coleslaw, cocktail sauce, and orange marmalade.
